3D Printed Prototypes and Components

At Innova Engineered Plastics we specialize in delivering high-quality 3D printed prototypes and components, leveraging cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies to transform your concepts into tangible solutions.

3D Printed Solutions

Innova Engineered Plastics uses advanced 3D printing technology and a variety of materials including ABS like, polypropylene like, nylon and ultem, to deliver high-quality parts built to your specifications. Whether you need components printed with supports for immediate use or components finished for paint, coatings, and custom branding, we provide the flexibility to match your project’s needs.

Our 3D printing capabilities include:

  • Rapid Prototyping: Accelerate design iterations to evaluate form, fit, and function.
  • Functional Prototypes: Produce durable parts that replicate the performance of final products.
  • Low-Volume Production: Efficiently produce small batches for testing or limited releases.
  • Large Parts: Segment and seamlessly bond oversized components to achieve virtually any size.

From prototypes to small production runs, our team partners with you through every stage of development to ensure your 3D printed parts meet your specifications and quality standards.

Advantages of 3D Printed Prototypes and Components

3D printing provides a fast, cost-effective way to test ideas and validate designs before moving to traditional manufacturing.

  • Faster Development Cycles: Reduce time from concept to prototype, allowing more design iterations and faster product development.
  • Cost Efficiency: Produce small runs of functional parts without the high costs of traditional manufacturing processes.
  • Design Flexibility: Create complex geometries and customized parts that are difficult to produce with traditional methods, ideal for testing and validation.
  • Functional Testing: Evaluate fit, form, and basic function before committing to production.
  • On-Demand Production: Print parts as needed, reducing inventory requirements and storage.
